Idioms

Learning a language can be a great challenge, especially when someone tries to go into details. In this sense, I find very useful to learn Idioms, but  what is that?  According to dictionary a Idiom is: 'A group of words whose meaning is different from the meanings of the individual words'. For example: 'Let the cat out  of the bag'  it means to tell a secret by mistake.

In class we were working with some short stories and it was a fantastic exercise to practise speaking skills, and for this reason I have a challenge for you, I would like you to look for a idiom which summarize one of these short stories. Are you ready?

the fox and the stork
I've found these idioms for this tale:

The Hare with many friends

The lion and the mouse
